Now in its 20th year the event has become a firm favourite with walkers everywhere.
Supported by the South East of Scotland Transport Partnership the festival caters for gentle rambles to demanding hikes through some of the most beautiful scenery that Scotland has to offer.
Walks have been arranged to take place from August 31 to September 6 and the theme for this year’s festival is following in the footsteps of Romans and Reivers.
The full programme of walks for the festival is contained in a free booklet available from the Visit Scotland tourist office in Jedburgh. More information at www.borderswalking.com
